Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its security cooperation with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in one or more of the following areas: artificial intelligence, biotechnology, cybersecurity.

Rules:
Teams must consist of 2 people; Both debaters must be present in each and every round.
Teams that do not show up for their debate will Forfeit with Zero Points. Please reach out to UDLdetroit@gmail.com if there is an emergency and you will be late to your round.
Only ONE team from each DUDL school is allowed to qualify for NAUDL nationals. (For example: If the top two seeds are from the same school, the first and third seed will qualify)
The TOP TWO teams (cumulatively) win entry into the 2023 National Urban Debate League (NAUDL) National Championship Tournament in Dallas, TX (March 31-April 2)
